How to make the most of your sauna day
1. Enjoy a digital detox
Leave your smartphone behind — the best connection you’ll find here is with yourself.
2. Respect the peace
Asanti is a place of silence, space and calm. Keep conversations soft, discreet, or save them for later.
3. Keep it clean and private
Use a transparent bag in the wellness area, avoid eating or drinking in the changing rooms, and don’t leave clutter behind.
4. Put hygiene first
Thanks to everyone’s efforts, our water quality remains top-notch. We check our pools several times a day.
Your hygienic sauna ritual in 5 steps
1 – Shower before you start
Always begin your sauna visit with a warm shower. It cleanses your skin, opens your pores and prepares you for the wellness zone.
2 – Dry off well
A dry skin sweats more effectively. Dry yourself thoroughly after showering for optimal sauna benefits.
3 – Always use a towel in the sauna
Your whole body, including your feet, should be on the towel. This keeps the sauna clean for everyone.
4 – Shower after your sauna session
Rinse away sweat and toxins before entering a plunge pool or swimming pool.
5 – Rest in between
Take 10 to 20 minutes of rest between sessions — in the lounge area, with a drink, a good book, or simply in silence. This is how you’ll feel the deepest effect of the sauna: complete relaxation.
