House rules
Why house rules?
At Asanti, everything revolves around peace, respect, and a warm atmosphere. To make this possible for everyone, we ask visitors to follow a few simple guidelines. No strict rules — just clear agreements, so each guest can enjoy in complete comfort and trust.
A space to simply be
Asanti is a place where you can slow down. Where nothing is required. Where your breathing deepens and time runs a little slower. To keep this feeling alive for you and for others, we ask you to treat the space — and the people in it — with care.
During your visit
Many of our guests come to Asanti to escape noise and constant stimulation. Silence plays a key role in that. That’s why we maintain an atmosphere where relaxation feels natural.
Age
Everyone is welcome at Asanti, regardless of age. We do ask all guests to respect the peace and quiet, so young and old can enjoy the wellness experience in harmony. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
Clothing and slippers
Slippers are worn throughout the complex, except in the saunas. Swimwear is not allowed in the wellness zone, except on Tuesdays. A large towel to sit on is required in the saunas. In the changing rooms, relaxation areas and restaurant, a bathrobe and slippers are to be worn. This ensures comfort and cleanliness for everyone.
Hygiene
Hygiene is essential for everyone’s comfort. Showering before using the sauna, steam bath or pool is mandatory. Before using the swimming or plunge pool, we also ask you to rinse off any sweat. Always use a towel in the sauna and avoid reserving loungers with personal belongings. Together, we keep the environment fresh, clean and respectful.
Lockers with wristband
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a wristband that easily opens and closes your locker — safe and convenient. Store your valuables inside and enjoy your wellness moment worry-free. Keep the wristband on your wrist; if lost, a replacement fee will be charged.
Food and drinks
Personal food and drinks are not allowed in the complex. In our lounge and restaurant, you can enjoy healthy, fresh and wholesome dishes, perfectly suited to a relaxed pace. This keeps the atmosphere calm and pleasant for everyone.
Respectful behaviour
Asanti is a place of peace, silence and mutual respect. We ask all visitors to help maintain this — by speaking softly, avoiding intimate behaviour and being mindful of others. This way, we create a safe and warm space together.
Smoking and substances
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the two designated smoking areas on the premises. Outside these areas, we ask you to remain smoke-free, out of respect for others’ health and comfort. Drugs are not allowed — Asanti is a place for clarity, cleansing and conscious enjoyment.
Access to the complex
Upon arrival, check in at reception. You’ll receive a wristband that grants access to the wellness zone, opens your locker, and, if applicable, registers your purchases. The premises are only accessible to registered guests during opening hours, ensuring peace, safety and a care-free experience for everyone.
Body care and personal products
We ask that you don’t bring your own care products. Strong scents or certain ingredients can disturb other guests or affect water quality. Our showers are equipped with gentle, high-quality products, perfectly matched to the wellness experience. Please don’t use the facilities for shaving, hair removal or other personal grooming. This keeps the spaces pleasant, safe and hygienic for everyone. Help us keep drains clean and free of hair.
(Fire) safety
Your safety is our priority. Always follow the instructions of our team and the on-site signage. Lighting open fires, using candles, or operating personal electrical devices (like hairdryers from home) is not allowed in the wellness zone. In case of emergency, immediately alert a staff member — our team is trained to respond quickly and effectively.
Infusion products
It is not permitted to bring or use your own infusion products, essential oils or herbs in the saunas. Our sauna masters work with carefully selected, safe and skin-friendly products adapted to the sauna climate. Adding your own can harm air quality, other guests, and the equipment.
Textiles in the sauna
It is not allowed to leave towels, bathrobes or other textiles in the sauna to dry. The high temperatures can damage both the textiles and the sauna itself. It also impacts hygiene and comfort for other guests. Please use the provided hooks or your locker, and let the warmth flow freely — for everyone.
