Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

These cancellation terms apply to all online purchases made via asanti.be and form an integral part of our general terms and conditions.

2. Day passes

A purchased day pass is valid on the selected date, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, and cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase. A day pass is transferable: you may transfer your reservation to another person.

The reservation may also be exchanged for a gift voucher equal to the value of the reservation, less a €15 administration fee.

Unable to visit on the selected date? Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, we will consider whether your pass can be rescheduled to another date. Rescheduling is offered as a gesture of goodwill and is not a right.

3. Multi-visit passes

A multi-visit pass is valid indefinitely and cannot be cancelled or refunded, either in full or in part, including when some visits remain unused.

The multi-visit pass is not personal and may be used by a maximum of 3 people per day to access the facilities.

4. Annual passes

An annual pass is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be cancelled or refunded during its validity period.

In the event of a prolonged medical inability to visit of at least 4 weeks, supported by a medical certificate, we may, upon request, temporarily suspend the annual pass and extend its remaining validity period.

5. Right of withdrawal

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period (Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

For purchases without a fixed date, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided that the pass or card has not yet been used. Please contact us at info@asanti.be to exercise this right.

6. Cancellation by Asanti

If we cancel a booked activity, we will offer you an alternative date or provide a full refund, at your choice.

In the event of closure due to force majeure (technical failure, weather conditions or government measures), or in the event of the partial closure of facilities, no right to a refund of day passes, multi-visit passes or annual passes arises.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be made within 30 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
